This fine art print of Prince Harry derives from a portrait I painted way back in about 2011 as part of a 'nosebleed' series of works.
The original inspiration for the series was the scene in the movie The Man Who Fell To Earth in which David Bowie (as alien Thomas Jerome Newton) suffers a violent nosebleed in a lift as his character's fragile alien physiognomy couldn't cope with earthly pressures.
The nosebleed then is a metaphor not only for drug use but for the high pressure environment high profile people find themselves in.
This Limited Edition of 50 hand signed, numbered and officially stamped fine art prints are made using archival grade inks on super high quality Hahnemuhl 308gsm Photorag paper for beautiful colour accuracy and stunning detail.
Print size 50x54cm (including Borders). Prints mailed, rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube for guaranteed protection.
